SHIPPING

When you’ve placed your order you will receive a confirmation email and once it’s shipped you will receive an update on your order with a tracking number. Please allow up to 3 working days for us to pack your orders to ship via PostNL or DHL. We use PostNL to ship all our orders within the EU and DHL express for the other destinations.

 

  • Belgium & The Netherlands (allow 1-3 working days), shipped with PostNL; FREE shipping for all orders above €150 / standard shipping cost €5,50
  • France, Germany, Luxembourg (allow 5-7 working days), shipped with PostNL; FREE shipping for all orders above €150 / standard shipping cost €15
  • United Kingdom (allow 1-3 working days) , shipped with DHL express; FREE shipping for all orders above £150 / standard shipping cost £15
  • Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland (allow 5-7 working days), shipped with PostNL; FREE shipping for all orders above €200 / standard shipping cost €20
  • USA (allow 1-3 working days), shipped with DHL express;  FREE shipping for orders above $250 / standard shipping cost $35
  • Rest of the world (shipping time varies), shipped with DHL express; FREE shipping for orders above 250€ / standard shipping cost €40

Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

Products purchased during sales are considered final and are not eligible for refund.



DUTIES

For US Customers - when placing an order from the US your $ prices now include import duties and taxes. The prices you see on our website are final – no surprises or extra fees upon delivery.

For UK Customers - when placing an order from the UK your £ prices now include import duties and VAT. The prices you see on our website are final – no surprises or extra fees upon delivery.

For all other countries outside of the EU there might be additional charges that will be applied to your order.  The receiver is liable for all import duties, customs and possible local sales taxes.

We are not responsible for delays with our shipping partners or at customs.
